Where add-ons stop

Why two users still pay for three
Standard’s price covers three users, so one or two users pay the plan price alone. That is why the cost per user is highest at two.
The formula behind every row
Annual total = $15 + $2.50 × (users − 3). Monthly total = $20 + $3 × (users − 3). Both apply from three users up. Every row is the site’s calculation from Zoho’s published rates of 9 October 2026, not a Zoho quote. Zoho states no maximum number of extra users, so a row is arithmetic, not a promise the plan allows that headcount.
