What we cannot help with
- Technical support for software we review. Contact the vendor directly, since they hold your account and your data.
- Financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. We review the tools, we do not advise on how to use them for your situation.
- Paid reviews, sponsored posts and guest posts. We do not accept them, and these messages are deleted unread.
- Link insertions into existing articles in exchange for payment.
- Requests to remove a negative finding from a review. If the finding is factually wrong, send evidence and we will correct it. If it is accurate, it stays.
