Is Invoice Simple Safe to Download? Official Links

Safe Invoice Simple app verification with developer, app store, and privacy checks

Invoice Simple’s official apps are listed under the developer names Zenvoice Inc. on the App Store and Zenvoice Software Inc on Google Play, and the vendor’s own site links to those two listings (captured 2 October 2026). Another app reuses the name under a different developer. We have not installed or scanned the app, so this is a record, not a safety test.

What “safe” covers on this page

“Safe” bundles three separate questions, and a document record can answer only some of them.

Three questions inside “safe”

The first is whether a listing is the real app: sections 2 and 3. The second is who stands behind it: section 4. The third is what its privacy policy permits: section 5.

What this page did not do

🧾 Not Tested: We did not install the app, sign in, scan it for malware, or inspect its network traffic. Nothing here describes using it. Every product fact here comes from a dated capture of a public page.

Our method is on the How We Test page.

Safe Invoice Simple official download verification through App Store and Google Play
Follow the vendor’s official links and compare the developer details before downloading.

Invoice Simple’s own site points to two store listings and a web app, as captured on 2 October 2026.

Store listings and the names they show

  1. App Store: Invoice Simple on the App Store: title “Invoice Maker â–¸ Invoice Simple”, developer Zenvoice Inc. (retrieved 2 October 2026).
  2. Google Play: Invoice Simple on Google Play: title “Invoice Simple: Invoice Maker”, developer line “Invoice Simple”, “About the developer” Zenvoice Software Inc (retrieved 2 October 2026).

The same two store badges sit in the footer of the vendor’s privacy policy page, captured 2 October 2026. The Play address ends in com.aadhk.woinvoice; it does not spell the brand.

The web app

The vendor’s site also links a browser sign-in. For the differences from the phone apps, see how the web app differs from the mobile apps.

Other apps use the Invoice Simple name

Safe Invoice Simple developer comparison showing matching app names and different developers
The same app name can appear on different listings, so check the developer before installing.

Yes: a listing under a different developer uses the name, and it uses the same plan names, as captured on 2 October 2026.

Same name, different developer

“INVOICE SIMPLE” (App Store, Mali storefront)ZEST GLOBAL LTDAA different developer’s siteNo2 October 2026

The third listing shows a Mali storefront, an 18+ rating and the Productivity category, and lists the plan names Essentials, Plus and Premium, as the vendor’s App Store listing does. Its privacy panel says “Data Not Collected”, a developer declaration Apple marks as unverified. We have not tested it and make no claim about what it does.

Check the developer before you install

Matching plan names prove nothing about who published a listing, so compare developers instead. Before installing, confirm three things: the developer string matches section 2, the vendor’s footer links to that listing, and the privacy and terms links lead to the vendor’s own site.

Who runs Invoice Simple

Invoice Simple is operated by Zenvoice Software Inc., the company its privacy policy names, which EverCommerce lists as a subsidiary (captured 2 October 2026).

Operating company and parent

EverCommerce’s subsidiary list in its annual report, filed 12 March 2026, names Zenvoice Software Inc. (British Columbia). EverCommerce’s page for Invoice Simple lists the product among its software.

Where the vendor’s own pages disagree

The vendor’s About page gives Vancouver, BC as its headquarters. The privacy policy and Play listing give an Oakville, Ontario address. EverCommerce’s page says Vancouver, British Columbia. All captured 2 October 2026; we did not resolve the difference.

What the privacy policy says about your data

On 2 October 2026 the privacy policy’s own last-modified line read 12/12/2022, while the page metadata showed an edit on 26 August 2026.

What it collects and who it may share with

Two statements matter on sharing. The California section says consumer information is not transferred to third parties for valuable consideration; the main text allows sharing with partners for marketing or advertising as the law permits. Servers are in the United States and Canada.

How long it keeps data and what deletion does

🛟 Back This Up First: Requesting removal ends your account access, per the policy. Export your invoices first: how to export Invoice Simple data.

The policy says retention may be indefinite. A delete inside the system may only hide data; permanent erasure needs a written request, allowed once a year. To stop paying instead, see cancelling Invoice Simple.

Who should still be cautious

Three groups should hold back or check first.

If you hold sensitive client data

The policy puts responsibility on you: customers state they have authority to enter client data without breaking privacy law, naming HIPAA and GDPR among others. Check your own obligations with a qualified adviser first.

If the listing doesn’t match

If a developer string differs from section 2, or the vendor’s footer doesn’t link to the listing, don’t enter business or banking details. We have tested no listing, so nothing here calls another one harmful.

What would change this record

A new developer string, a re-dated policy, a change of owner or a reported incident would change this record.
